How To Protect Yourself From The Negative Effects Of Light on Sleep?

1) Avoid using electronics at least two hours before bedtime. The blue light emitted from these devices has been shown to suppress melatonin production, which is the hormone that helps us sleep, and it also increases alertness and attention. So avoid using your phone or computer after a certain time in the evening, otherwise, you might find yourself unable to fall asleep easily even if you feel tired.

2) Install f.lux on your computer or mobile device and use it as an app for your television set-top box (e.g., Apple TV).

There are many apps and programs available for free which can help you with this problem. The best way to protect yourself from these negative effects is to use an app that filters out the blue light which can be a great solution for anyone who wants to improve their quality of sleep or those who are struggling with insomnia.

Falling asleep in 5 minutes is just a task in this busy life because if we continuously use of social apps definitely we sleep late and can’t do our work on time.
